Lucky Dog® Poop Bags are made from plants, a renewable resource less reliant on fossil fuels used to make traditional plastic bags and emit less greenhouse gas during the sourcing and manufacturing process*. At 17 microns thick, Lucky Dog® Poop Bags perform as good, or better, than other compostable bags that are thicker. Made from a proprietary, plant-based resin, with no wasteful cores, Lucky Dog® Poop Bags keep your hands clean and are easier to open without the static cling of traditional plastic bags. With these leak-proof and extra strong bags, you’ll never have to worry about creating a mess!
Lucky Dog® Poop Bags are made from natural, corn based ingredients so it is recommended that they are stored in a cool, dry location and used within 12 months of purchase. Pet waste is not safe for home compost, but the bags can be composted in municipal and industrial aerobic composting facilities where pet waste is accepted. While these facilities are few and far between today and most dog waste ends up in landfills, we hope with your help more industrial composting facilities will become available to divert dog waste from landfills and convert into reusable soil. As if that wasn’t enough, 1% of Lucky Dog® Poop Bags sales are donated toward environmental cleanup efforts!
